Director Emergency Department – Texas

As the Director Emergency Department this will be a terrific growth opportunity for you to gain multi-site experience and build a Chest Pain Program, and a Stroke and Trauma Program, including the acquisition of certifications and designations.

This position oversees two Emergency Department locations: a 16,500 visits in a 13 bed in-hospital Emergency Department, and an off-site location with 10 beds and an additional 10,000 visits.

You will oversee 40 FTE and report to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Clinical background as emergency department registered nurse and two years management experience is required. You should hold a Bachelors; a Master’s degree preferred. At least one degree must be in nursing.
