Director Perioperative Services – Southcentral


This is an opportunity to join a Hospital for Surgical Excellence as the Director Perioperative Services. The hospital is over 150 beds and the position oversees four operating room suites and one pain management treatment room.

As the Director Perioperative Services you will be responsible for a team of 45 FTE that involved in an average of nearly procedures per month. The facility is earmarked for tremendous growth in the next two to three years. Surgical procedures including back, spine, knee replacement, podiatry, urology, Pedi Ent. Surgical Hospital is very boutique in nature offering concierge style of patient .

The Director Perioperative Services position is open due to the prior Director stepping down from role for personal reasons. The prior Director is still in the organization in a staff capacity on great terms.

This is a well functioning organization just successfully completed Joint Commission inspection.

This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer / Administrator. and has three direct reports.

This hospital is looking for a doer, someone with a stable background. You should have a BSN and be CNOR certified; a MSN is preferred.

Compensation is very comprehensive and includes a relocation package and performance bonus potential.
