Sam spends a good amount of time learning the organization, the characteristics of the ideal candidate, the work they will need to focus on and the culture they will need to thrive in.  I have found Sam to be sincerely concerned about a candidate’s fit within the organization, the position and their ability to add value to an organization.  She is very honest, respectful and works hard to make sure the match of the candidate to the organization will work.  Sam is not out to close the deal as much as she is to provide you with an excellent candidate that will sustain a long term relationship with her company.  I will continue to work with Sam for a very long time.
