Consider the position of Administrative Director Neuroscience Center.

Summary

As the Neuroscience Center Administrative Director in this 375+ bed Magnet Hospital, you will:

  • Integrate and develop a neuroscience service line with engaged physician partners,
  • Establish program governance and participation parameters,
  • Develop a business plan for the Neuroscience Center,
  • Gather and evaluate market feasibility and clinical effectiveness data,
  • Develop goals to ensure recognition as the market leader for neuro patients,
  • Implement and maintain the data collection for benchmark databases,
  • Execute marketing plan for each targeted Neuroscience Center specialty & sub-specialty,
  • Recruit and retain appropriate physician and non-physician program participation,
  • Create and implement an exceptional patient experience for the neuro patient, and
  • Develop, implement and secure funding for outcomes measurement and research program.

Your program will provide comprehensive care for patients with stroke, brain and spinal tumors, aneurysms, memory disorders, Multiple Sclerosis and spine-related disorders.

Education and Experience

You will be ready for this position if you have extensive knowledge of:

  • Performance improvement and outcomes management in a hospital setting,
  • Clinical aspects of neuro patient care, and
  • Process improvement methodologies.

And, if you possess:

  • Masters degree,
  • 5 Years experience in Management and/or Program Development in a healthcare setting,
  • Demonstrated experience in management and development of neuroscience programs, and
  • 5 Years experience evaluating and projecting financial viability of new programs (including integration of clinical and financial data).
