  • Program development and new service offerings to enhance oncology patient satisfaction
  • Develop and build an accredited Comprehensive Cancer Program with engaged physician partners
  • Integrate oncology best practices within hospital & across healthcare network statewide
  • Facilitate implementation of Electronic Medical Records

You are the Oncology Operational Leader in an award winning community cancer program meeting the needs of cancer patients, their family members, staff and the community in a 350+bed Magnet Hospital and Research Center, part of a state-wide hospital healthcare network.

Your team was acknowledged by the Commission on Cancer as an “Outstanding Achievement Award Winner.” The Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation recognized your team with an “Employer Recognition Award.”

Your cancer program includes outpatient medical oncology, radiation oncology, patient support services, infusion services, integrated health therapies, a multidisciplinary oncology clinic, cancer tumor registry and data management, community outreach and education.

Your staff includes managers for outpatient medical and radiation oncology, certified Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialists and Oncology Nurse Navigators, Genetic Counselors, Radiation Therapists and Outpatient Oncology Dieticians.

Your community has beautiful rolling hills and is one of the top tourist destinations in the country. Excellent dining experiences, food carts, galleries, music and cultural activities, sports, biking, hiking, lakes, parks and moderate climate including all four seasons and Southern Hospitality.

Desired Education and Experience

  • MSN, Masters in Nursing or related masters degree in healthcare
  • 3 years experience – clinical nursing oncology services
  • 3 years experience – oncology management and leadership
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), or a related oncology certification within 12 months
