This is an opportunity to lead as the Quality Manager, Patient Safety & Infection Control Officer.

Take responsibility for a NAHQ accredited program for a Community Health Center Complex that includes five community and four school based clinics.

Bring your skills in research, analysis and reporting to provide education for front-line staff. This is a family oriented environment where experience in ambulatory care is a plus.

You will oversee two data analytics professionals and a chronic disease specialist. The position reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
